Can I pay my bill on-line?

Safety Insurance now offers online bill pay.
To pay your bill online, please login to your InsureAnswer account then click "pay bill" from within the My Accounts page. If you have not associated any policies with your online account, you must do so first. For more information about associating policies, please visit the General Info section of this web site.

What is on-line bill pay?

Online bill payment is a convenient way for you to pay your Safety Insurance bill. You may pay for any Safety Insurance policy by entering your checking or money market account information along with the amount that you'd like to pay.

Why does total balance differ from minimum payment due?

Total balance is not the same as your minimum payment due.

Total Balance: Your total unpaid premium as of the statement date. It will include any unpaid balance from the previous month.

Minimum Payment Due: The smallest amount of your premium that you can pay by the due date and still meet the terms of your agreement. The minimum is generally a fraction of the premium, such as 1/10. The minimum payment will also include finance charges or service fees if applicable.

Why am I unable to obtain my billing information?

There are several reasons why you may not be able to obtain billing information. Some of the reasons include:

  • If you have a new policy, it may not have been set up.
  • Your policy is past its expiration date and has been cancelled.
  • You have recently changed your mailing address that is not yet reflected within the system.
