What is InsureAnswer.com?

InsureAnswer.com is a website that allows you to view specific, up-to-date billing and claims information, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is accessed through a link on your Independent Agent's website.

InsureAnswer will soon offer users the ability to make payments on-line, check policy status, and enter basic policy changes (endorsements) such as a change of address or telephone number.

How do I access InsureAnswer's accounts page?

If you have already registered for an account online, please enter your Username and Password to sign in.

How do I Register for InsureAnswer?

  1. To begin taking advantage of InsureAnswer's benefits, first you need to create a new account by registering.
  2. After completing registration, you may associate up to 10 of your Safety Insurance policies with your new InsureAnswer account.
  3. Once you register, we will send you an email with a link that you must click on in order to validate your email account.

What do I do after Validating my Account?

  1. After you have validated your email account you can begin using InsureAnswer.com by signing in.
  2. If you have associated any policies with this online account, you will receive a letter in the mail containing a Validation Code. Please login to the My Accounts page and enter the Verification Code. It should take anywhere between 3 to 10 business days after adding a policy to receive your Verification Code in the postal mail.
  3. If you have not associated any policies with your InsureAnswer account, you may do so from the My Accounts page anytime after you have verified your email address.

What if I don't have a Verification Code yet but would like to view my billing or claims information?

In the meantime, while you wait for your Verification Code to arrive in the postal mail, you may continue to view your billing and claims information by clicking on either the "Billing Inquiry" or "Claims Inquiry" tabs then entering your bill or claim information along with your zip code.


I never received my Validation E-mail, how do I sign in?

Everyone who registers for InsureAnswer receives an e-mail that has a link which they must click on in order to validate their account. Therefore it is important that you use a valid email account upon signing up. If you cannot find the email, please check your junkmail or spam folders.

If you still cannot locate the e-mail, you may click on "Help Signing in" and follow the instructions.


My post office box zip code and residential zip code are different. Which one do I use to access my account?

Access to InsureAnswer is granted using your mailing address zip code. This is the address that appears on your bill. Please be sure to provide your agent with your most current mailing address.

What if I don't know my policy number?

Documents that list your policy number include Declaration Sheet, Vehicle Registration Card, and Billing Statement. If you still cannot locate your policy number, please contact your Independent Agent.

Can I access policy information on InsureAnswer.com?

You will soon be able to view your policy and coverage information directly through InsureAnswer. In the meantime, please verify coverages with your Independent Insurance agent or by referencing your most recent Coverage Selection/Declaration Page.

Can I print the on-line information?

Yes. You can print by selecting the print icon on your toolbar or the print option from the file menu in your browser.

Can I access InsureAnswer from any PC?

Yes. You can access your account from any personal computer with internet access.

What are the systems requirements for InsureAnswer?

To obtain access to InsureAnswer, you will need a browser that supports Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). SSL security is technology that encrypts data to prevent it from being read by others during transmission. SSL technology is supported by third party browsers such as Microsoft's Internet Explorer (version 3.0 or higher) or Netscape Navigator (3.0 or higher). To determine the version of your browser, use the Help section of the browser's tool bar to access the "About Netscape" or "About Internet Explorer." For additional browser information, please contact your browser's manufacturer.
